Swarajya Games is a small independent studio. Our first game, Ganimi Kawa, is a turn-based tactics game set among the ghats, rivers and hill forts of Maharashtra.

An imperial army is marching on the villages below the fort. You lead a small band of Mavle on an eight-by-eight grid of scrub, river, cliff and wall. You can't out-fight them, so you out-think them: every enemy shows its next move before it makes it.

About the studio

Swarajya Games makes small, carefully made games for Marathi speakers, in their own language. The stories draw on the landscape and history of the Sahyadri, with fictional characters and no real historical figures.
